Order Processing

Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment.
Once an order has been accepted confirmation will be sent via email.

Delivery Information

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Registered post is available for an additional cost of $2.60 per order.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any goods once in transit. If your order is not received within specified delivery times please contact us on enquiries@boobeze.com to have your order followed up.
We will only ship overseas to PayPal supported countries.

Payment methods

Payment can be made online using the following credit cards - Visa or MasterCard, as well as PayPal.
Offline payment options available include direct bank deposit, money order or cheque.
All prices are in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST. We use use 128-bit SSL encryption.

Returns and Refunds

All returns are to be within 14 days of delivery.
All items returned are to be unopened and to be fully intact. If item is returned in a condition that was not supplied by us we accept the right to refuse a refund.

Cancelled Orders

Orders may be cancelled for any reason, if the item has already been shipped to you no money will be refunded until the return of the item in its original packaging to us.

If you are not 100% satisfied, return the product for refund (as per returns and refund policy described above).

Order Not in Stock

Although we do keep our items for sale in stock, some items may not be available upon placement of your order. Under these circumstances, or if there are going to be delays in delivery, you will be notified within 24 hours and will have the option to cancel your order, wait for stock to arrive, or select an alternative item.

Trademark

Selling or placing any product that is produced, sold or advertised by X Cosmetics or www.boobeze.com without the written authorised consent of the business owners, will result in legal action for trademark infringement for improper use of a registered trademark to the owners of X Cosmetics & www.boobeze.com
